Initial Consultation
Free - 30 minutes
Therapy requires trust between you and the therapist, so it’s in our mutual interest to make sure that I’m a good fit for what you’re looking for, and that I can offer the level of care you’re seeking. A free 30 minute consultation for prospective clients allows you a no-pressure chance to get a feel for things before committing to establishing therapy here or elsewhere.
Diagnostic Assessment
$225 - 60 minutes
I like to think of this as an info download session, where I gather information from you regarding a variety of areas of your life to get a better sense of who you are, things that may have helped you become a stronger and more resilient person, and things that may have caused some challenges in your life. This allows me a clearer picture of who you are, what diagnoses might be in the picture, and gives us a sense of where to go from here.
Individual Therapy Session
$150 - 60 Minutes
This is where the real work begins. We meet at a frequency that makes sense for you and your life, and we talk about the things that are important to you. Sometimes people want to process things, some people want to increase their self-awareness, and others want to work towards changing or establishing new behaviors. Whatever you’re looking for, this is the main appointment type once we complete the free initial consultation and the psychological diagnostic assessment.
